This policy explains how Trendsperts collects, uses, and protects information when you use our sports research and analytics service.
Information we collect
We receive account identifiers, name, email, membership tier, and membership status from Whop when you sign in or buy access. We also process queries, saved systems, portfolio activity, feature usage, device/browser information, approximate network information used for abuse prevention, and messages you send through the Contact page. Payment card details are handled by Whop and its payment processors, not stored by Trendsperts.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, verify entitlements, provide and personalize research features, enforce limits, preserve saved work, send requested service communications, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot performance, measure product usage, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by Base44 for hosting and application services, Whop for identity, checkout, billing, and membership administration, and sports-data or analytics providers when needed to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain account, entitlement, saved-research, audit, and transaction-reference information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may cancel a paid membership through Whop and may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information through the Trendsperts Contact page. Rights vary by jurisdiction, and we may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, disputes, or law.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The app uses browser storage for sessions, preferences, and limited anonymous usage enforcement. Analytics may record page views and feature events without intentionally including sensitive payment details. Browser controls can clear local storage, though doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.
Children and age restriction
Trendsperts is intended only for adults age 21 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.
