These Terms govern access to Trendsperts. By using the service or purchasing a membership, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and located where accessing sports-betting research is lawful. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws, regulations, and wagering rules that apply in your jurisdiction. Trendsperts does not accept wagers or operate a sportsbook.
2. Research product; no betting advice
Trendsperts provides historical data, statistical research, SDQL tools, trend mining, and analytics for informational and educational use. Nothing in the service is personalized financial or betting advice, a prediction of future results, or a guarantee of profit. Historical records, model outputs, and backtests can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You make every wagering decision independently and assume all resulting risk.
3. Accounts and memberships
Your Whop account is your Trendsperts account. You are responsible for safeguarding access to it and for activity under it. Paid Basic, Pro, and Hall of Fame memberships are billed through Whop under the price, trial, renewal, tax, and payment terms displayed at checkout. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, evade limits, scrape or resell data, share paid access, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected systems, submit unlawful material, or use Trendsperts to violate sportsbook, league, data-provider, or local rules. We may limit or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, refunds, disputes, or legal risk.
5. Intellectual property and data sources
Trendsperts software, presentation, branding, and original analysis are protected intellectual property. Third-party names, statistics, odds, and marks belong to their respective owners. Access grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service personally; it does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights.
6. Availability and changes
The service depends on Whop and third-party sports, odds, and data providers. We may correct records, regrade trends, change features or limits, suspend unavailable data, and perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent availability of any particular dataset.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Trendsperts disclaims implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendsperts is not liable for wagering losses, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions made from the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
8. Responsible gambling
Only wager where legal and only with money you can afford to lose. Never chase losses. If gambling is causing harm, stop and seek help. In the United States, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
9. Contact and changes to these terms
Questions may be submitted through the Trendsperts Contact page. We may update these Terms when the service or law changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
