Refund & Cancellation Policy

Basic, Pro, and Hall of Fame are recurring monthly memberships sold and billed through Whop. Each currently includes the trial shown at checkout. Unless canceled before the trial or current billing period ends, Whop automatically charges the payment method on file at the price and cadence displayed during checkout, plus applicable taxes. The checkout screen is controlling if it differs from a promotional page.

You can manage or cancel your membership from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not ordinarily reverse a charge already completed. Unless Whop states otherwise, access continues through the paid period and then returns to the free Rookie tier. Cancel before the next charge date if you do not want to renew.

Refunds are not guaranteed merely because historical results differ from expectations, a wager loses, a feature is unused, or you forgot to cancel. Requests are handled through Whop under the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. Contact us promptly through the Trendsperts Contact page with the Whop transaction details if you believe there was a duplicate or erroneous charge or the purchased service was not delivered.

Trial eligibility and anti-abuse rules are determined by Whop. Starting a trial may require a payment method. Plan upgrades, downgrades, credits, and effective dates are shown by Whop before confirmation. Review that screen before accepting a change.

A refund, reversed payment, failed renewal, chargeback, or payment dispute may immediately suspend paid access while it is reviewed. Filing a payment dispute does not guarantee a refund and may be subject to your card issuer’s process. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right under applicable law.

Trendsperts sells access to research and analytics software, not winning bets or guaranteed outcomes. Past performance, trends, model grades, and backtests do not guarantee future results and are not grounds by themselves for a refund.
